Our role is to completely project manage the stock exchange listing process as though we were an internal member of the board. We aim to minimise the company’s involvement in the process outside key decision making so that management can get on with growing their business.
The terms of our engagement ensure that the Actium interests are fully aligned with those of the company’s shareholders. As a result there is never any conflict between our goals and those of the other shareholders, whether in the short or long term. This approach has resulted in us forming a close working partnership with our clients which usually lasts well beyond the initial engagement, and often extends over many years.
