James is an International corporate finance expert focused on equity markets, cross boarder transactions, corporate structuring, corporate/operational strategy and finance solutions. James has completed in excess of 15 stock exchange listings in London, Paris, Frankfurt and New York, been involved in multiple tech start up's, reverse take overs, demergers, MBO's, M&A transactions, Fund's management and property syndication structuring, alternative funding structures, specialist corporate finance structuring for high growth company's looking to go global. Solution orientated, constantly curious with a love for innovative companies, husband, father of two teenagers and life long surfer..

In early 2003 James founded a Property Group that focused on the acquisition, financing and sale of real estate assets. After building and divesting over 100 properties he merged the company with a retail insurance group licensed by Australia's largest retail financial services company at that time. In 2007 James started Stepping Stone Equity to focus on capital raising and structuring in the corporate sector for start up's raising $20+ million for 45 companies. James grew Stepping Stone Equity into an internationally focused company with a network of globally authorised representatives and a combined market capitalization of companies listed on international stock exchange's in excess of $2 billion. 

James sit’s on board of advisors to Food for Life Global and Freedom Inc, the worlds largest disaster and food relief organisation serving over 2 million meals per day via 240 programs in over 60 countries. Food for Life Global has served over 7 billion meals.

 

Terry Richards

Head of Stock exchange listing MANAGEMENT


Terry is Head of listing Management with overall responsibility for the project management of the listing processes, Terry brings considerable multi-national corporate management experience to the company. He has held numerous senior management positions including Director and General Manager of Boral Tyres and 24 years with the Shell Group of Companies working both in Australia and Europe. 

He has operated a number of large brand name retail networks during his career and has much experience in the area of franchising. Since 2008 Terry has worked with James Skinner assisting and developing high growth SME's, particularly in the area of capital raising and restructuring.

 

Gerhard Moll

B COMM LLB - DIRECTOR


Gerhard is head of commercial strategy and compliance for Actium Corporate Finance and is focused on stock exchange listings and strategic advisory activities. Gerhard has over 20 years' experience working as a commercial lawyer in a number of major Melbourne law firms.   

Since 2006 he has been the principal of Argus Lawyers, a firm that provides both legal and strategic advice to commercial enterprises of all sizes. Gerhard's specialty areas include technology and intellectual property law, high growth companies, capital raising and stock exchange listings. 

In addition to his commercial legal experience he founded and headed bSolutions, an online business information provider, as its Managing Director. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws degree, and is admitted to practice in Victoria.
